Returns & Exchange Policy

SKINNI suits are cut to flatter as much as possible. We were careful to craft the design so that it hugs your figure. However, please review the size chart and be mindful of the size order you’ve clicked before you checkout! We have put the size chart at the end of every product description to make it as convenient for you as possible. 

As a policy, we do not offer refunds, we only offer exchanges of the same style. For example, if the size is off, and as long as it is unused and fulfills our standards of good condition, you may return the product at your own shipping cost and we can offer you an exchange of the same style and design but only different size. 

Our policy lasts 7 business days from receipt of your package. If 7 business days have gone by since your purchase and you have not emailed us with a concern, unfortunately, we can’t offer you an exchange.

IMPORTANT: To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must have the hygiene seal and hangtag attached and also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

We ensure our products meet the highest standards. In the unlikely event that this is not achieved, we only replace items if they are off-sized, off-spec, defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at customercare@skinniswim.com and send your item to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Upon receiving your return, we will need to evaluate it to ensure that it is in good condition, completely unused, has hygiene seal and hangtag attached, and comes in its original packaging. Please give us up to 5 business days upon receipt of your return to respond to you. We will send an email with our feedback thereafter.
